That’s the highest NFL over I remember seeing this year. I don’t think I’m going anywhere near it. 8 TDs is a lot in an NFL game.

Ran the local 5k Turkey Trot this morning. It makes me feel better when I gorge myself the rest of the day.

My oldest was born on Christmas Eve. Spent all of Christmas in the hospital. Worked out great because I couldn’t imagine lugging a one-day old around to all the family Christmases.

Happy Thanksgiving evryone! I hope all you enjoy your turkey day with family, friends, and some football. Its a bittersweet day for my family as 8 months ago today we lost a great man, my father. I am thankful the Vietnam Vet no longer is in pain from his battle with cancer but also think about the fact that my efforts of performing CPR did not work. As I said, I am glad he is no longer in pain. I flag and flowers are planeted today in his honor.
