This is not basketball were you need only 20k to fill up an arena most located in metro areas.  These are games that are taking place in more rural areas on 1 week notice up to 3 times in December. Oklahoma had the benefit of playing four teams, plus Baylor, who were able to fatten up their schedules with two easy wins against the Big 12 North.  Texas&#8217;s best out of conference win was 22-20 over an unranked Arkansas team.  Oklahoma&#8217;s was over a 5-6 Oregon team.
