Here’s video of Missouri coach Gary Pinkel’s arrest for drunk driving. Pinkel claims he had two glasses of wine during dinner. He could not recite the alphabet from E-R, declined to even attempt counting backward from 73 to 62 or walking a straight line. Must have been two rather large glasses. [Video via Columbia Tribune]

From there, Deputy Robert Paul took over the questioning. Pinkel told him he had consumed two glasses of red wine between 8 and 9:30 p.m. He later told Paul the glasses were “jumbo” sized.

We’re all disappointed up here. Since he pleaded guilty they won’t release Pinkel’s BAC. We had a pool going and everything.
