If people in the DA’s office and anywhere else knew of the Sandusky story in 1998 and it didn’t get out they should be ashamed of themselves for letting a predator go another decade and ruin probably 100′s of kids lives.

When a man admits to showering with little boys and NOTHING happens to him what does that say?

Why does everyone say we should wait for mor evidence? A Grand Jury conducted an 18 month investigation and produced a 23 page report on their findings….how much more evidence do you need?

Ray Gricar was a friend of mine so I can attest that Rex has no idea what he’s talking about. Rex has never met Ray Gricar and he certainly didn’t kill him and toss his body in the East River back in 2005.

Hell, I’m not even really bothered by JMac’s post here as it’s in-line with other equally ignorant posts he’s thrown at the wall to see what sticks. “Gricar’s poor decision” is just another example of that, but this time he happens to have someone who has a bit more knowledge than the typical commenter.

best part about this?

this story – the disappearance, the non-prosecute in 1998 – went viral today due to the newspaper article. it was all over the TV and the radio. Without the newspaper article, who knows about this? the people of Happy Valley?

I was aware of the Sandusky case back then, as were a good number of people in State College. Any failures come down to oversight of, and those interacting with, Sandusky. There was not a whiff of anything re: Sandusky after that, at least in terms of law enforcement.

that’s unfortunate the story didn’t get out. who knows how many children’s lives were ruined by this sick bastard. he went on rape little kids for what, another decade?
