Sons of Cleveland Browns’ Owner and Coach Played Against Each Other In High School Football
It’s probably never a good idea to have your son beat up on the son of your boss, even if you are getting paid millions yourself. Randy Lerner will probably let it go this time, though.
Via the Cleveland Plain-Dealer, Pat Shurmur’s son, Kyle, and Randy Lerner’s son, Max, are the starting quarterbacks for the freshman football team for rivals St. Edward and St. Ignatius. This week, Kyle Shurmur’s St. Edward’s team beat St. Ignatius 37-0.
The Browns fans will hope that the team led by Pat Shurmur can do as well today.
