That’s such bullshit. Anybody that thinks that “the people” have any say in this battle is stupid. What’s gonna happen is that they’ll either reach a settlement at the last minute or a day in when Fox cuts its demands by 60 percent. But they’ll spin it like “the people have spoken out for Fox!”

What was really funny about all of this: When they played on the Longhorn Network at the beginning, they were begging everyone to CALL YOUR CABLE OPERATOR! because God forbid they were going to miss Texas play Rice.

Then, weeks later, when they were playing Iowa State on FX, they acted like Texas football didn’t even exist that week. They acted like the game wasn’t even on television.
