Streakers are harmless idiots. But they are naked. You know what they are up to immidiately. This guy immitated an official, got into the middle of the line of scrimmage and could have done a host of no good things.
In this climate he should be severely dealt with.
All majortelevised games should have a sniper at the ready with rubber bullets to be delivered to the chest of any individual breaching security at any such event.
