At this point, the only options for Verno are A) load up on syndicated programming (and are there enough non-Fox/ESPN/Yahoo shows to fill even half a day’s programming?), B) sign on with the #4 Sports Radio net – Sports Byline USA (which is maybe a fourth the size of Fox), C) Wave the white flag.

Not really. You said in your piece that he said he knows he’ll most likely have to get a stable gig. I believe those at the Alamo knew they were done completely.

He’s talking about the car rental agency. It’s no Enterprise, but they have a decent executive program.

Not really. You said in your piece that he said he knows he’ll most likely have to get a stable gig. I believe those at the Alamo knew they were done completely.

I don’t know Vernon from Adam. I just got a kick out of his Philanthropy videos and then his crazed rant on his show last week. Mostly I think he’s going to be an interesting story going forward — he’s basically standing on his own personal Alamo.
