Video: LaMichael James Dislocated His Right Elbow [Warning: Gruesome]
Oregon trailed Cal at halftime, 15-14, but then the Ducks peeled off 29 straight points and ran away from the Bears, 43-15. Oregon’s Heisman Trophy candidate, LaMichael James, ran for 239 yards before dislocating his right elbow trying to recover a fumble near the goal line early in the 4th quarter. Arms aren’t supposed to bend that way. James didn’t rule himself out for next week’s pivotal Pac-10 game against Arizona State. He said he suffered the “exact” same injury in high school, and returned the next week.
