Is anyone else disappointed that the new iPhone 4S will NOT have 4G data capability with Verizon or Sprint?

You shouldn’t be. 4G is still only available/reliable in less than half the country. In addition, it’s a battery hog. No need for LTE until maybe 2013.

Couldn’t buy a signal in the Superdome. My friends on Sprint were just fine.

If I have one complaint it’s that I can barely get a signal at home football games. But then again the amount if iPhones per capita in these parts is sky high. So that’s to be expected.
