I really don’t know how I feel about this game to tell you the truth. the mood around here all week has been like everyone’s dog died after that game last week. I can’t say I would be surprised to see Arkansas come out flat, especially with the early start time for the game.

Sure they aren’t. I’m not saying Nebraska is getting 20K in the building, but I suspect they’ll have around 10K there. Everyone wants to be the good fan until someone offers them $500 for their ticket.

But at least as a Nebraska fan you realize you’re going to lose to the 2 (probably 3) best teams you play.

I think they beat OSU, MSU and Michigan and slip up somewhere else.

This is rich coming from a Penn State fan. I think Nebraska goes 10-2 this year.

BTW, kudos to Wisconsin fans for not selling out and giving their tickets to Husker fans. People around here are saying this has been the toughest ticket to get that they can ever remember.

Any big game involving Nebraska traveling in will be a tough sell. Those people have nothing outside of Nebraska football and they’ll spend a shit load of cash to get into the game.

The type of people who run for office dont want that. There are too many perks with being a career politician. You’re exempt from shit and you vote for your own raises.

I don’t see many of the retired congressmen giving up their fully paid for health insurance for life. Also a steady pension and $170k salary per year. Yeah, there needs to be some term limits and tying Congressional pay to Average household income.

Until we get a viable 3rd Party, nothing is likely to change regardless of who is in office.

While I’m no fan of Obama, I’d honestly be fine if he gets reelected as I think political gridlock is somewhat good for the country. It seems like the big mistakes happen when either side has complete control.

I have a lot of friends in Madison.. they said this is by far the toughest ticket to get the last 10 years or so. Some are just going to pre-game and then watch the game in the bars. Too expensive to get inside.

I’m not seeing it. gaurenteed Petrino watched the tape from last weeks game y’all played against T Boone St. about 45 times and is ready to come out strong.

The line should’ve been Arkie -6 from the beginning, and still inflated to -6.5 or -7 through the week. A&M has a great team, but they are so prone to being outcoached and outschemed that they will struggle against good teams.

That’s kind of my view. I just don’t care anymore. Nothing’s going to change. I guess I kind of view Obama as a decent dude more than the republican candidates, all of whom seem soooo slimy and don’t really have any ideas other than talking points. But yeah… fuck ‘em all.
