Novak Djokovic vs. Roger Federer: Here’s the Exact Moment Djokovic Took Control of the US Open Semifinal
Roger Federer was serving for the match up 40-15. The crowd in Flushing roared for Federer. Novak Djokovic took it all in, nodded a few times, and realized the circumstances. Then he ripped an incredible cross-court winner off of Federer’s serve, asked the crowd if they were not entertained, and never looked back. He broke Federer’s serve and went on to win a thrilling match, 6-7, 4-6, 6-3, 6-2, 7-5.
Djokovic will face Rafael Nadal in the men’s final Monday. Nadal defeated Andy Murray in the other semifinal.

So this is what was clogging my timeline yesterday in lieu of college football. That certainly clears the bar.

Djokovic’s “Alright, assholes, I see how it is” face towards the crowd is so great. Balls of steel to hit that shot too. How can you not love that guy?

I saw that replay last night. The crowd was like 90-10 against him, and after he did that winner and WTF pose, it was like 55-45 and eventually 50-50.
I hope Djoker takes that trailer trash Nadal to the shed. Too bad it’s taking my 2nd NFL game on CBS away from me. No reason not to finish this tourney before the NFL starts.
