Former Olympic gymnast, Paul Hamm, was arrested over the weekend for alleged assault. Hamm, who seemed a bit intoxicated, fell asleep in a cab, refused to pay the driver, tried to climb out the window and allegedly assaulted the driver before the police showed up. After a short argument with officers, Hamm has his face put on the hood of the car. According to 10tv in Ohio:

During the arrest, an officer on the scene used his police radio to call for assistance. The officers tried to gain control of Hamm. Hamm is heard on the video saying, “You guys are so funny. You guys have no idea. I’m going to kill you guys.”

Hamm is charged with assault, criminal damaging and for not paying for a service.

When asked by officers how many drinks he had that night, Hamm said, “probably 8.” Hamm is currently an assistant gymnastics coach at Ohio State.
