Things got pretty violent awfully quick between Bahrain and Kuwait on the basketball court following a referee whistle around the :25 mark. Then a player takes his shoe off – the hurling of shoes is the ultimate sign of disrespect in some cultures – and then the mayhem begins. The most shocking moment comes after the 1 minute mark when a player in blue kicks a player in red, and then several players on the red team give chase. The player in blue hurdles the bench but then goes down and gets assaulted by several players in red. You can see one player in red throwing multiple punches at the downed player in blue.
