Buckner, as always, my blanket hate towards UMD is directly aimed at the administration of the athletic department. The loathing didn’t leave when Debbie Yow left; it just jumped on the Kevin Anderson douchebag train. Nothing against the actual sports programs of UMD…except lacrosse for knocking out Syracuse this year. Not cool.

Those moves were questionable, considering those sports only lose revenue

Is it the bowl games? I’ve heard that schools do nothing but lose money when they go to bowl games, so maybe if the football program faceplants under Edsall the other sports can survive. Hell, his last program is the poster-child for losing oodles of money by going to a bowl game
