Kim Kardashian Suing Old Navy Because Reggie Bush’s Girlfriend Looks Too Much Like Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy because of an ad campaign that features a woman that looks just like her. From US Magazine:
She seeks unspecified damages and wants to prevent Old Navy from using a lookalike in future ads.
Explains a source close to the engaged reality star and mogul: “She’s protecting her brand ..She can’t let another brand use her image to sell clothes!”
The woman in the ads? Reggie Bush’s new girlfriend, Melissa Molinaro. So, at least we can be sure that Kim sees it too. Molinaro is flattered by the comparisons. From The Daily Mail:
To me it’s extremely flattering. She is a beautiful woman…That’s an amazing compliment.
Does she really have a case ? Molinaro can’t help the fact that she looks like Kim Kardashian. It’s not her fault that Old Navy markets their clothing to Reggie Bush.
