Fourth of July Not Complete Without “Tribute to Tressel” Float
Just like anywhere else in the country, there was a 4th of July parade in Columbus, Ohio earlier today. Unlike anywhere else in the country, included in said parade was a “Tribute to Tressel” float that featured a blowup Brutus Buckeye, who understandably looked like he’d been boozing and popping pills for days on end, as well as several delusional jackasses adorned in gray sweatervests.
Judging by the photo, it appears the jouyous moment rivaled the chill factor of a pulse-deprived Jim Tressel press conference. Quite a moment.
On that note, please enjoy the rest of your evening.

So you worship Tressel and not me? That’s it. You’re all dead.

The bandwagon is open. Come on aboard. No one really WANTS to be a Mass-Hole, right?
July 4th, 2011 at 9:41 PM
Well I haven’t lived in Massachusetts since I was 7 so I may be a Red Sox fan but I’m far from what you call a “mass-hole”. Any chance to root against the Yankees is a good chance.

Watching Steve Martin get it done on the banjo during the Capitol Fourth special on PBS. He isn’t just good, he’s Deliverance good.

Steve Martin was on an episode of Austin City Limits performing with a sweet bluegrass band. Thankfully his music is better than any of his recent movies
