Raheem Brock Arrested in Philly for Walking Out on $27 Tab
Raheem Brock, a free agent defensive end who is expected to re-sign with the Seattle Seahawks whenever the lockout ends, was arrested last night in Philadelphia, reportedly for running out on a $27 tab. According to Fox Philadelphia, Brock refused to pay his tab at Copacabana, walked out, and the police apprehended him nearby following a bit of a confrontation. Philadelphia Magazine reports that the restaurant was actually Copabanana, which makes more sense since it is located near where Brock was arrested.

Right — why is it so bad?
The old dine & dash, the oldest trick in the book.

Ha, of course not. But the “walking in” wasn’t justified either. It is truly terrible.

Obviously, I didn’t click on any of the links…do we know why he refused to pay?

C’mon, who has not done a dine and dash in TBLand? I did once in college my Freshman year and felt bad afterwards. I do not think we went into that establishment for 3 years after.

TBL, you forgot to tell us how much he’s made over his career.

Guilty. I also used to line my pockets with packs of cards from Phar-Mor until my friends mom caught me. I get a pit in my stomach when I think about it now.

Even worse, he told the police his name was Rico.

You could say this about a lot of places on South Street.

Sounds like a Ron Mexico joint.

I grew up around the bar/restaurant business, so I’ll be the killjoy who doesn’t find dine and dash all that funny.

Another former Colt that lost his way once he left Indy. God I hope football starts on time this year.
