That’s the one nice thing about going to a small school. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to anywhere on campus.

the real screw job comes when you try to appeal, they charge you $10 to hear the appeal, and then deny it and you still pay the full amount.

A buddy I ran track with in high school told me this story a few years back:
He was visiting a friend at Chapel Hill when he saw a BMW parked in a handicap spot with about 10 tickets on the windshield. One of our old teammates, who had gone on to play football for UNC, walked up to the car, tore up the tickets, and drove off.

Pretty sure he’s gotta be the guy…
