Alabama Honors Nick Saban With Creepy Statue

Yesterday the University of Alabama unveiled a nine-foot bronze statue of drapes connoisseur and head football coach, Nick Saban. The new statue joins four other friends who have also won national championships at Alabama: Frank Thomas, Wallace Wade, Bear Bryant and Gene Stallings. Now this has yet to be confirmed by anyone at the school, but my sources are telling me that the sole purpose of the statue is to haunt your dreams for the rest of your life. [via Orlando Sentinel]

Actually there were a lot more statutes built, but the school overcommissioned the various artists and forced some of them to quit so they could sign better ones.
