Jalen Rose Arrested For Suspicion of DUI
Jalen Rose, DUI: This occurred two days before the Fab 5 documentary aired, on March 11. “Police told Local 4 that Rose was arrested just after 2 a.m. on Walnut Lake Road just west of Middlebelt Road after a passer-by called officers to report seeing a Cadillac Escalade that appeared to have gone off the side of the road. Police said Rose was not hurt but refused to take a breathalyzer at the scene and was taken to Henry Ford Hospital hospital for a blood test. Police have not released the results of the blood test. Rose was issued a citation for operating while under the influence of alcohol.” [ClickOn Detroit; screen grab from Fab 5 documentary via @Jose3030]

I thought the law was in MI that if you refused a breathalyzer your license would be revoked, but I haven’t lived there for a few years, so I’m probably wrong.

I think in NJ if you get a speeding ticket they can legally murder your family, but I live in MD now, so I’m not entirely sure.
/Fuck the Camden Municipal Court, and every other town that fined the shit out of me

That’s how it is in Kansas. Although, with enough expensive lawyering I’ve heard of people getting out of it.

Nitpicky newswriting FYI, he wasn’t allegedly arrested for DUI, he was arrested for suspicion of DUI. CRM didn’t go to Newhouse so I will give him a break.

Nothing screams youthful rebellion like a pair of black socks.
On the downside, now he’ll never get into Duke.

Coach K would have taught him better.
