We had one guy not keep anyone this season. He ended up with Ryan Braun and Prince Fielder since those two weren’t kept and he had first dibs on players. Not a bad rebuild for a guy that finished last.

I don’t particularly like that idea, our league is a mandatory 3 keepers. Sometimes you have 3 legit keepers, sometimes you do not. Here are the keepers we ended up with…

I don’t understand having keepers in draft leagues. Do you get to keep them in the draft slot for the round they were originally taken in?

If you have a keeper, that’s your first round pick. If you have two, that’s your first two picks. You essentially have your first “pick” in the 3rd round.

Top four spots pay. Payouts are 45%/30%/15%/10%. We get to keep 8 guys but max contract length is 3 years so you can’t hold on to players forever.

Keepers are the first 8 rounds in our draft. Our first round is actually round 9 and we go to round 25. Our drafting gets ridiculous because of our prospect eligibility rules.

In my league, it doesn’t matter where they’re taken. Just say you want keep who you want to keep and they get picked for you in the first 3 rounds of the draft.

My main league is $600 buy-in, auction, 12 team, 5×5, AL-only. You’re really going deep to fill your roster in that league. Auction is Saturday and I cannot wait.

Did an auction league for a couple years and it was a blast. I didn’t do so well in the league, but just the draft itself was awesome doing it auction style.
