You know I have no idea how the supplemental draft works or if the lockout would affect having one at all

Teams submit a bid to the Commissioner with the round they would select the player in, highest bid is awarded the player and has to forfeit that same rounds pick in the next years entry draft.

Good point on the lockout though. Didn’t they say that teams can trade 2012 picks at this year’s draft?
