Notre Dame Recevier Michael Floyd Arrested For DUI

DUI: Notre Dame wide receiver Michael Floyd was arrested at 4 a.m. Sunday morning for DUI. It’s Floyd’s second alcohol-related incident while at the school. Minneapolis police cited him for underage drinking in January 2010. Floyd plans to return to Notre Dame for his senior season. [WNDU]

Teams submit a bid to the Commissioner with the round they would select the player in, highest bid is awarded the player and has to forfeit that same rounds pick in the next years entry draft.
Good point on the lockout though. Didn’t they say that teams can trade 2012 picks at this year’s draft?
