Chris Dudley, the former Knick, Net, Blazer and all around heartbreaker appeared on a reader’s television screen the other night along with the words, “NBA Legend.” I took a quick look at the numbers. Career averages of 3.9 points, 6.2 rebounds, 0.4 assists per game and a blistering 691-for-1,508 from the free throw line? You bet your sweet ass he’s an NBA legend.
