Tom Brady Dancing in Rio is Now a GIF

Tom Brady Dancing in Rio was one of the most popular posts on the site this year, so naturally, we have to follow it up with Brady’s dancing in GIF form. There’s so much in this snippet. He’s in blue. Everyone else red. Nine people are standing. Brady is jammin’ (along with some other guy). And he’s committing a cardinal dancing sin – the cement shoes. Brady hair is also being heavily scrutinized. Whether he has it tied back in a ponytail or pushed back with a band, people really seem to care. [Gif via CM]

Ha. I knew this was coming. Now where is the one of the Memphis cheerleader?
March 9th, 2011 at 1:16 PM
I’m getting a little red x where a gif should be. Thank God.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:17 PM
And this is why I dont dance. If Golden Boy looks like an idiot god only knows what I look like.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:17 PM
The words in the TMZ URL are pure gold.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:18 PM
Probably just the internet breaking again.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:18 PM
Not able to see youtube at work, but for some reason I get gifs in all their glory. Awful.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:19 PM
My son is now 10 months, and he’s close to needing his first haircut. I tell my wife that we’re not cutting it, that we’re going to grow his hair out like Tom Brady’s.
This is not well received.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:21 PM
He has almost no rhythm. I’m not even sure if he was bouncing in time to the beat.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:22 PM
One of the most popular posts on this site garnered 37 comments?
March 9th, 2011 at 1:23 PM
Pageviews aren’t the same thing as comments…these really don’t matter for the site

My web filters seem to change weekly but for now I am unable to see gifs or video clips. IIRC the clip I saw of this was pretty much just 6 or so seconds of action on a loop anyway so it’s in my head the same as if it were a gif to begin with

Yeah, that was a rare insight into the washed masses that read the site (and research provided by DuffCo tells us they only come for the articles_
March 9th, 2011 at 1:25 PM
This explains so much.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:26 PM
Well each comment is a page view, so comments matter too.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:28 PM
I happy for the site, but sad for America.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:28 PM
Aren’t unique pageviews the more valued metric?
March 9th, 2011 at 1:28 PM
wasn’t the most viewed post titled “what the hell happened to anna kournikova?” and there were 7 comments, half of which were posted months and months after it was originally published.

Well each comment is a page view, so comments matter too.
So you really do like us, Tim Ryan!

Poor Tawmy, great QB,bangs a model daily, cant dance….
March 9th, 2011 at 1:31 PM
Yes, but # of pageviews speaks to how loyal your following is.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:33 PM
Poor Tawmy, great QB,bangs a model daily, cant dance….
He’s also apparently an honored guest at Carnivale in Rio, the sad sap
March 9th, 2011 at 1:33 PM
Was he drunk at this thing or something?
/would still trade places with Tom Brady

March 9th, 2011 at 1:34 PM
Or pours, whatever
March 9th, 2011 at 1:35 PM
Exactly. A few hundred commenters (at most), doesn’t warrant low seven figures.

March 9th, 2011 at 1:42 PM
If you’ve got a better way to get discovered, I’d like to hear it.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:43 PM
Looks like the Rebel Cavalry is making its move.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:44 PM
Its slightly more complex and there is no industry standard on measurement. Often it comes down to how you define uniqueness and session length, and the tools you use to collect this information. A “hit” constitutes any server request and a single “pageview” contains many hits. A “unique visitor” or “session” can contain many pageviews.

1050 ESPN radio in NY is letting these two younger guys who have been doing radio for a couple years for them call the GTown/UConn game. It is so weird how awesome it is. Very refreshing.

TBL…money aside…doesn’t it suck that all of the work you guys put into this site to make it enjoyable for so many people has the most popular post be some bullshit Tom Brady dancing video?
Or do you just keep signing checks from the Super Terrific Happy Hour with a smile on your face?
March 9th, 2011 at 1:59 PM
Has anyone seen the pics of Gisele in a bikini? She has ab muscles in places I didn’t think abs existed. I find her body to be very odd looking.
March 9th, 2011 at 1:59 PM
Rawr?
March 9th, 2011 at 2:00 PM
I didnt notice the ab muscles, just bones poking out in weird places. Yeah her body isnt something I’d describe as ‘hot’.
March 9th, 2011 at 2:00 PM
Ready for Schalke today Jersey? They should be able to handle Valencia.
March 9th, 2011 at 2:02 PM
Fuck Schalke. I hope they get murdered today.
March 9th, 2011 at 2:03 PM
I thought she looked like what you’d get after putting an attractive woman in a giant food dehydrator
I’m sure the producers of Community and Parks & Rec feel the same after reading that Harry’s Law is NBC’s top rated show
March 9th, 2011 at 2:03 PM
He’s definitely letting the music consume him. Look as he grabs for the hem of the music gods garment!
March 9th, 2011 at 2:04 PM
I doubt he smiles if he has a bunch of Karl Farbman furniture in his place.

Agreed. There were pictures of her somewhere yesterday (maybe Egotastic?) where she was showing her bare back. Her backbone looked like it could open a beer bottle.
March 9th, 2011 at 2:06 PM
WTF is Harry’s Law? I’ve never even heard of that show.
March 9th, 2011 at 2:06 PM
LOL, thought you might say that. I guess I’m rooting for Valencia for no other reason than their another Spanish league team. Couldn’t really care less about the game though, although Tottenham and Milan should be a good one.
March 9th, 2011 at 2:08 PM
their to they’re, shit
March 9th, 2011 at 2:08 PM
WTF is Harry’s Law? I’ve never even heard of that show.
Never heard of it either, but I can only hope it’s a L.A. Law spinoff featuring Harry Hamlin.

David E Kelly needs to return to writing scripts for movies about amateur hockey teams in Alaska
March 9th, 2011 at 2:13 PM
Tom Brady posts move the needle. Remember the post “Tom Brady has a new hat!”?
I’m fairly sure that’s the post that started CRM and Hernia’s ongoing ending “A fucking hat!” to their weekly post.
March 9th, 2011 at 2:13 PM
Be shocked (and pleased) to see Schalke not take care of business today. Tottenham on the other hand… I think they’re going to have a bit of a fight. Rutgers/Johnnies about to get it on in a minute, too. God damn I love this time of the year.

And banging Michelle Pfeiffer while she is still somewhat attractive.

Trying to find Harry’s Law on Hulu no doubt

I’d be happy with that. I liked that movie

I do not find Gisele “hot” at all. She’s not unattractive, but I don’t get the hype.
March 9th, 2011 at 2:26 PM
I’d never say it was good and yet if it’s on I’m probably sticking around for a while…if I ever meet Russell Crowe I’m telling him it’s my favorite performance of his just to see the reaction
March 9th, 2011 at 2:26 PM
Also… a bit of advise… if you are male, you should never raise your arms above your shoulders while dancing. Words to live by. You’ll thank me later.
March 9th, 2011 at 2:28 PM
a bit of advise
Or advice. Whatever.
