Female Gym Teacher in Ohio Could Go to Jail for Allegedly Banging High School Football Players

Teacher + Athlete = Jail?: A 33-year-old gym teacher in Ohio was indicted on 16 counts of sexual battery for allegedly having “sexual contact” with five high school students. Four are believed to be football players. The teacher, Stacy Schuler, turned herself in to authorities a week ago. In a bizarre twist, an assistant principal at the school resigned recently for allegedly sending Schuler text messages involving “sexual images.” So if I’m reading that correctly … the assistant principal was making moves on the gym teacher … while she was banging high school students? I had a french teacher my freshman year who was straight out of college. Like 23. Smoking hot. My senior year I was an assistant for her. I must’ve asked her out 50 times.

The last two paragraphs might be the best:
In her Health Education Philosophy as part of her application to work at Mason, Schuler wrote that she wanted to teach students about major risk factors for teenagers including “sexual behaviors that result in disease, STDs, and unwanted pregnancies.”
In the same statement Schuler said, “Today’s society has its own standards of behavior, values, and norms that do not necessarily reflect healthy living,” and later asked “How can a child who is sexually active as a teenager learn about STDs and how to prevent unwanted pregnancies?”

As I mentioned earlier, I have a friend who is a therapist for sex offenders. There is a HUGE double standard when it comes to women offenders. Especially teachers. Surprisingly, he has a lot of former teachers in his services.

Prosecutors said the alleged sex acts, mostly with football players at Mason High School, occurred off school grounds.

Schuler had received a disciplinary action in November 2007 after two students were in the teacher’s classroom when they were not supposed to be there and were missing other classes, according to her personnel file.
This type of thing happens at my school more than it should and it always raises a red flag. With stories like these popping up all the time, it’s only natural to think the worst could be going on.

When I used to teach out in the far west burbs, there were rumors about stuff like this with a young male teacher. He even got investigated after he allegedly showed up at a student party. Nothing ever came of it though. As far as I know he’s still teaching. But I quit teaching back in ’06.

D303, St. Charles. I was there for two years (after teaching for a year in florida). I was also freelancing for a small development house. I wasn’t happy as a teacher; hated the kids and the parents and all the bs. So in summer of 06 the development house offered me an editor position, I jumped at the opportunity. So glad I did. Teaching just wasn’t for me.

From my limited history dating young, female teachers (as an adult, mind you), let me just say: most of them are crazy. After a few years of putting up with nonsense from kids and parents, they lose their minds.
So their using their positions as hunting grounds does not surprise me.
