Oklahoma State’s Darrell Williams Charged with Three Counts of Rape

Oklahoma State Forward Charged with Rape: Darrell Williams of the Cowboys, the team’s 4th leading scorer and 2nd leading rebounder, has been charged with “three counts of rape by instrumentation and one count of sexual battery in connection with an incident that occurred in December in Stillwater.” Earlier Monday, Williams was named Big 12 rookie of the week following double-doubles against Missouri and Oklahoma. Rape by instrumentation is an act within or without the bonds of
matrimony in which any inanimate object or any part of the human body,
not amounting to sexual intercourse is used in the carnal knowledge of
another person without his or her consent and penetration of the anus
or vagina occurs to that person. Provided, further, that at least one
of the circumstances specified in Section 1111 of this title has been
