Kevin Ding of the OC Register Accuses ESPN Anchor of Plagiarism
ESPN Plagiarism Claim: Kevin Ding, a columnist at the OC Register, claims an ESPN anchor lifted the first few paragraphs from his column and then read them on air. “Hey, Will Selva of ESPNEWS. Glad you liked my last column so much. Try not to plagiarize it next time. I got back to my hotel room late Tuesday night after the Lakers-Spurs game and turned on ESPNEWS’ ‘Highlight Express’ show. Imagine my shock when anchor Will Selva proceeded to use the first several paragraphs of my column looking forward to the game as his lead-in to the highlights. I mean, word for word.” [Lakers Blog via SBB]

Rick Reilly has the same frequency of writing new pieces. They should make him ombudsman and fire the other guy. Save some money, you’re already paying Reilly a King’s random.

I made Monday my get back into shape Day 1, so this weekend will be like Leaving Las Vegas for me minus Elizabeth Shue, suicide, and Vegas. So I guess it won’t be anything like it.

Might as well start that boozing now, Texans.
December 29th, 2010 at 3:28 PM
Cleet- I gotta do something. Its going to take a while but I want to get back in military shape. I started to before the wedding in 09 but quit soon after I said I do.

December 29th, 2010 at 3:28 PM
Wade’s a really good DC, Texans. Might even be good enough to make them average to above next season
December 29th, 2010 at 3:29 PM
3-4 defense for a season? Blah
December 29th, 2010 at 3:29 PM
Well it could end with you throwing all your hurricane gear in a pile in the back yard and lighting it on fire. That could create some parallels.

I don’t see How he could make it work. Isn’t there some kind of drafting and turnover before you switch? Do they have the personnel?
December 29th, 2010 at 3:33 PM
That is actually rally good news for the Texans. Wade is really good when he has to just worry about defense.
December 29th, 2010 at 3:33 PM
I couldn’t throw it all out, but I might pick one item and blow it up via firecracker.
