Giant Pile of Snow Honors Ed Rendell
All, Goooooood Morning Sports Hernia, NFL, Politics December 29th. 2010, 7:45am
No one expected Ed Rendell’s proclamation that we’ve “become a nation of wussies” to go unanswered, especially when the postponed Vikings-Eagles game was taking place in Philadelphia. Like many predicted, a huge block of snow holding a boldly direct sign stepped up to Rendell’s challenge, reminding him that blanket statements can tend to be a bit foolish. Non-pussies still run rampant in this country, sir, don’t you forget that. [via Bubba @ MockSession]

If only they had not canceled the game and we would have gotten to see tens of thousands of drunk Iggles fans try to drive home in a blizzard on 95 or the schuykill.
One assumes Governor Snowball Thrower would have castigated the league for not postponing the game.

Ha, for zombie fans, there is a World War Z Droid app. You can read the whole book on your phone. There is a book mark too

Love the idea from the stadium crew, the joy is tempered a bit with the knowledge that the buffoon just loved the extra attention.
