I agree with this 100%. I think giving any coach full control is a bad idea. Checks and balances are always a good idea.

This is my thought as well. As Mantis pointed out he has made a few mistakes but who hasn’t. Coming as a 4-3 guy he was smart enough to keep Lebeau on the staff. He also realizes Ben is his best player on offense and lets him try to decide the game most weeks. His worse season so far has been 9-7 which isn’t too shabby considering the injuries and whatnot. His job this year has been superb.
