Arrested: Iowa wide receiver Derrell Johnson-Koulianos was arrested on drug charges after police. Police found a small amount of marijuana, “electronic media” showing him in possession of marijuana and cocaine and an array of prescription drugs. He tested positive for and admitted using marijuana and cocaine. He faces seven misdemeanor charges. His roommate faces a felony charge of “possession with intent to deliver.” Johnson-Koulianos had been banned from speaking to the media since August. He is Iowa’s all-time receiving leader in yards and receptions. He was voted first-team all-Big Ten. Unsurprisingly, he has been suspended from all team activities. [Gazette]
