I really dislike backflip celebrations. Sure, it must be awesome to do a backflip, but if you’re not careful, you’re going to hurt yourself. That is exactly what happened to the young man in this video. After getting a win, he tried a backflip and ended up flat on his back, presumably knocking the wind out of him and smacking his head. It serves him right. Hopefully, other fighters learn a lesson from this.
