Why does this team even need a coach?

I mean, it comes to a point with some of these superstar driven NBA teams that unless the guy has won an inordinate amount of championships (i.e.–Jackson or Riley, for example) that they never get any respect from the guys that play for them.

not going to be an issue this year. They can’t stop anybody inside. 60 games from now, it will still be Bosh, Big Z and Ericka Dampier trying to be their inside guys. You can’t win in the playoffs if you can’t stop anybody or keep them off the glass.

And that is why EVERY GM would have taken Oden over Durant. If you can’t protect the rim in the playoffs, when it starts grinding, you can’t win.
