Saw the preview for HBO’s 24/7 on the Caps and Pens this weekend. Looking forward to it, seems like HBO received access to some interesting behind the scenes stuff.

Going to go on record and say that Ovie won’t lead the Caps to the Cup within the next 5 years.
November 22nd, 2010 at 12:39 PM
Holy shit, that thing’s three and a half minutes long?!
November 22nd, 2010 at 12:39 PM
Ha! That silly Canadian.
November 22nd, 2010 at 12:41 PM
A. true, the football team is not relevant.
B. I am a current resident and student, I figure that would be good enough. Though as a Missourian I know you don’t have the requisite logic skills to know the difference.

The Caps game 7 loss at home was one of the more underrated funny things to happen in sports this year.

“Alexander Ovechkin” is Russian for “Jeremy Roenick”.
There. I said it.

Very funny, and also, totally expected.

They will certainly have one thing in common when AO retires.

And that pains me, because I really liked JR. Even when he was being a jackass.

Seconded. Damn you for being a rational Leafs fan.

I’m not sure that’s possible.

I refuse to watch Leafs games in a public setting and the only person allowed to watch games with me in my home is my son (he’s a Pens fan). I take these measures because I fear that I may kill one of the ignorant Leafs fans who spout nonsense and feel compelled to share their delusions with anyone within earshot.

Excellent example. Apparently, Kaberle, Grabovski and a 3rd is one of the offers the geniuses in my office have been throwing around. Fucking idiots.

I think my head just exploded. Not a single piece of objective criteria would back up that argument, unless 20 games into this season is your entire measure.
While we’re on the subject of bald assertions, Alex Semin > Stamkos.
