The game is way too slow. We were at the bar on Monday and Pat Burrell had seen 4 pitches and the Texans had already run 5 plays in that time frame, including huddles. It was ridiculous. Until MLB puts some kind of rule on guys stepping out of the box, I’m out on watching it on TV.

I think there’s something to this. BUT, remember … huge ratings when it was slow in 80s & 90s. Maybe this generation of 18-34 people can’t deal with the slowness.

Well they do sometimes. I dont know why.. I go to several AA games a year and sometimes there’s a DH, but sometimes there isnt.
