And yet, no one cares about the ACC getting an auto berth as long as the Big East is still involved.

It’s usually the ACC folks who protest the loudest about it. My guess is to hide the fact that instead of Tech, Miami, FSU, and BC making the ACC a better football conference, joining the ACC has instead diminished the level of football at those schools.

I thought they overpaid him the day the contract was announced and to bring in Beauchemin and Phaneuf made it even worse. There is no way to move that contract without taking back something equally as bad.
