Chimay Blue is amazing. Plus I get to have a feeling of haughtiness while I drink it knowing that most of their profits go to charities.

I can understand that about Hennepin. People raved to me about Three Philosophers and then I tried it and didn’t really care for it.
Dogfish Head did more to turn me onto IPAs than anything else (though Flying Dog does them quite nicely as well). Sam Calagione may sound a little like Jeff Spicoli sometimes, but the man is a genius when it comes to beer.
