I honestly have no problem with this. I know I am alone on this one, but I feel bad for the guy if he feels like the only way he can enjoy a meal is by putting headphones on and ignoring people. Experience has clearly taught him that people have absolutely nothing nice to say to him in public and generally don’t like him. So, instead of remaining at home like a hermit, which no one deserves, he chooses to go out and enjoy the world without having to hear feedback from people he clearly doesn’t want to talk to.
