I would love to see something like Dirt suggested: Or just the simple math on Vick for his career by season: Yards per attempt, career, with yards won/lost rushing/sacking added in and each counted as an attempt. Even though it would somehow end up with a modern day Danny White in the top 10 of all time

Don Majkowski was sacked 47 times in his one awesome season. Danny White was sacked 44 times in 1987 despite only appearing in 11 games. Steve Grogan’s best season statwise, he took 45 sacks. Jeff George was sacked 358 times in 131 games.

No way Jim Brown never lost yards ever. A) It doesn't pass the smell test, and B) here's a gamelog where he had 14 carries for 11 yards; no chance none of them were negative.

NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Oklahoma has suspended receiver Jaz Reynolds indefinitely after he posted what coach Bob Stoops called “insensitive remarks” on his Twitter page about a gunman who committed suicide on the University of Texas campus.

An account with the handle JazReynolds posted the message, “Hey everyone in Austin, tx…….kill yourself” on Tuesday, the day of the suicide, followed by a disregard request 5 minutes later. The account was deactivated Wednesday.

I’m trying to think of recent QB’s most famous for taking sacks. David Carr, obviously. Tim Couch, for sure. Backups pressed into action like Matt Cassel.

I remember Bernie Kosar was made fun of constantly for his immobility, but I don’t know if he took a lot of sacks because of it.
