Ndamukong Suh Was Nearly Successful in His Attempt to Rip Jake Delhomme’s Head Off
Ndamukong Suh, the Lions’ No. 1 draft pick, nearly ripped the head off Cleveland QB Jake Delhomme this weekend. Here’s what surprised us most – none of the Browns’ offensive lineman had their QB’s back. After watching the replays, it is clear that two lineman were watching this happen and did nothing. One pointed at Delhomme as if to signal to the ref, “hey, that’s illegal!” but nobody got in Suh’s face. The former Nebraska star, probably because he’s wearing No. 90, bears a striking resemblance to a young Julius Peppers. [Freep]
