Only Eleven Months Until ‘Melo’s ‘Decision’ on ESPN
The rabid internet speculation this week is that Carmelo Anthony won’t sign a contract extension with the Nuggets this summer. Alex Kennedy of Hoops World tweeted this yesterday, and there haven’t been any denials from Anthony’s camp or the Nuggets. So which teams could start clearing cap room in an effort to sign Anthony next summer, like the Heat just did to get LeBron?
The Knicks obviously will be the popular choice, but what about Minnesota? Indiana? Yeah, like Anthony would ever go to either of those. Houston seems like it could be in the mix. That’ll be all for today. Roger Huerta is a bad, bad man.
Yes, there will be more Jenn Sterger chatter tomorrow.
