Albert Haynesworth Isn’t Very Well-Conditioned
Albert Haynesworth failed his conditioning test two days in a row and had to sit out training camp. Today he took the day off to rest his knee. Hopefully, when he is all rested he’ll be able to pass the test. And beat a GIRL! Fox 5′s Lindsay Murphy ran the 25-yard sprints in 68-seconds – 3 seconds better than Haynesworth. Though, to be fair, Haynesworth is an absolute behemoth who carries a lot of weight. Lindsay on the other hand… She looks like she works out.
In other training camp news: Charlie Weis riding a motorized wheelchair.
