Roy Williams is a veteran wide receiver going into his seventh season in the NFL, but the former Texas Longhorn has been trending downward since arriving in Dallas late in the 2008 season. Dez Bryant is an immensely talented rookie from Oklahoma State with a chip on his shoulder that is roughly the size of Texas.
