Vince Young is the prime suspect in an assault that took place at a Dallas strip club Saturday night.

No warrant has been issued, but police say Young is the prime suspect. The altercation allegedly broke out after words were exchanged at Club Onyx on 10557 Wire Way. Police believe Young left the scene before officers arrived, a DPD official said.

Well, that sucks. Young threw 10 touchdown passes in 10 starts last year. He also made the Pro Bowl.

[UPDATE, from the Tennessean]: “According to the incident report, Young struck another man in the face during an early morning altercation at Club Onyx. The alleged fight occurred after 3 a.m. … [they] got into a verbal altercation after Kinchen flashed a derogatory ‘Horns down’ sign in reference to Young’s alma mater, the University of Texas. Young then allegedly went after Kinchen.”]
